Dr. Pu earned his Ph.D. in theoretical physics from USTC in 2011. Then, he worked as a postdoctoral research at National Taiwan University from 2012 to 2014. From 2015 to 2016, he was awarded the Humboldt Fellow and worked at the University of Frankfurt in Germany. After that, he became a JSPS Fellow and worked at the University of Tokyo in Japan. He joined the USTC in 2019.

(1)Quantum kinetic theory for heavy ion collisions
(2)Relativistic spin hydrodynamics

In this project, students are expected to learn the basics idea of quantum kinetic theory and relativistic spin hydrodynamics.

Students with strong motivation and interests in theoretical physics.
